The Pre-degree Leadership Accelerator Program (PLAP) is a 3-weeks intensive training on Leadership, Personal development and Entrepreneurship designed to educate, engage and equip young people with skills preparing them for the relevance of the future and coach them as they build capacity for significant progress where ever they find themselves.

Attached to the program package is a 3-months Mentoring exercise for participants continuing impact and personal development incubation.

PROGRAM GOAL

• The program is designed to equip participants with essential skills and techniques needed to look at challenges from a different perspective.

• To promote wisdom and facilitate self-confidence.

• To ensure that young people are equipped with the necessary leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

• To assist participants with self discovery and help them become socially aware of our seemingly highly competitive environment.

OBJECTIVES

• To help participants understand their personality type and develop self-awareness
• To inspire creativity
• To build the capacity of young people by developing their leadership skills

TARGET GROUP

The program is open to any young person between 16-25 years and NOT into the university.

PROGRAM COST

Fee per participant costs #5,000, which covers training materials and certificates.
