iKapture Networks is pleased to launch the flagship Graduate Skill-Up Program. The SkillUp is a two-day education and life skills training program designed to help graduates and undergraduates acquire and apply relevant 21^st century skills needed to thrive in the world of work fundamental to the life of a leader. The topics include public speaking, team building, personal branding, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence and networking.

This program adopts a practical approach, which is structured to take place within the period of two days. This program runs for a maximum of 4 hours daily with a 15min break from 11:45 to 12pm.

We are pleased to announce the YouthLEAD Digital Skills Lab (YDSL) for 2018. iKapture is a youth-based organization providing solutions to educational challenges in Nigeria using innovative strategies and technology, and prepares school leavers and students for the world of work and higher institution; equipping them with relevant skills to be outstanding in an increasingly competitive environment.

The YouthLEAD digital Skills Lab is a 6 – week intensive training on Leadership, Personal Development and Entrepreneurship aimed at arming participants with applicable skills; both soft skills and hands-on skills, that will aid them in making informed decisions and adopt the spirit of enterprise. Crafted for young secondary school graduates between ages 15 and 24, the program exposes key concepts in personal and youth leadership, Volunteering, Vision Casting, and provides practical engagements in public speaking and Entrepreneurship.

The lab will also avail participants the opportunity to learn a digital skill in either basic coding, blogging or digital marketing; making them relevant in today’s technologically driven society.
